Join our Discord server.

Open a ticket.
To open a ticket, go to the ticket channel in our Discord server and click “Open Ticket.” A private ticket channel will be created for you, and a link will appear that takes you directly to it.

Select a category.
Inside your ticket channel, you’ll see an embedded message. Select a category that best matches your issue. This step is optional but highly recommended to help us assist you more efficiently.
Step 4
Link your Discord.
If you’re contacting us about a product you’ve purchased, you’ll need to link your Discord account. If it’s not already linked, you’ll see a message titled “Attention Required.” Follow the instructions in that message to complete the linking process. Once done, our system will automatically notify the support team with your order details and other relevant information.
Step 5
Describe your issue and wait for a response.
Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible. Avoid vague messages like “It doesn’t work,” “It crashes,” or simply “Hello” without any explanation. These types of messages slow down the support process significantly. After submitting your message, please wait for a response. We usually reply within minutes, but during busy periods it may take a few hours. You can add more details at any time, including screenshots or videos that help illustrate the issue.
