Terms & Conditions – Third-Party Technical Support
By purchasing our Third-Party Technical Support, you agree to the following conditions:
- Hourly-Based Service:
- Each unit purchased grants one hour of technical support.
- Support hours are non-refundable and cannot be transferred once the service begins.
- If a session ends before the full hour is used, remaining time is forfeited. No partial refunds.
- No Refunds for Unused Time:
- Our service operates on an hourly basis, meaning all purchased time is final and cannot be refunded once acquired.
- Clients are responsible for efficiently using their purchased time within each session.
- Authenticity Requirement:
- We do not support counterfeit products or unofficial replicas.
- If a product is determined to be counterfeit during troubleshooting, we will end the session immediately with no refund, as time has already been spent diagnosing the issue.
- Service Scope & Limitations:
- Support is provided for technical troubleshooting, setup assistance, and general guidance.
- We cannot guarantee issue resolution if problems stem from manufacturer defects or unauthorized modifications.
- No Guarantee of Full Resolution:
- While we strive to provide the best assistance possible, we cannot guarantee a solution for every technical issue, especially in cases involving third-party products with proprietary restrictions.
- Acceptance of Terms:
- By purchasing this service, the client acknowledges and agrees to these conditions.
