Terms and Conditions
- Authenticity Requirement: The product must be authenticated by the brand and cannot be counterfeit. If a counterfeit product is identified, service may be denied, and payment will not be refunded.
- Minimum Order Amount: The minimum order amount is one hour. If the service is completed in less than one hour, no refund will be provided for the remaining time. Payment is based on a per-hour rate, not per-minute.
- Appointment Commitment: You must be present in the support ticket at the scheduled appointment date and time. If you are not present, the payment will not be refunded, and no service will be provided after the appointment time. Lost time will not be extended or reimbursed.
- Adherence to Instructions: Follow all provided instructions. If it is determined that instructions are being skipped or ignored, service may be denied, and payment will not be refunded.
- Service Denial for Valid Reasons: Service may be denied for any valid reason, including but not limited to disrespectful or aggressive behavior. In such cases, payment will not be refunded.
- AnyDesk Installation: AnyDesk must be installed in order to receive the service. If this instruction is not followed, service cannot be provided, and payment will not be refunded.
